DO THE TILES FLOAT?
Yes! Our Aqua Tiles and Mahjong on the Go tiles are lightweight, waterproof, and floatable — perfect for poolside or beachside play.
WHAT ARE THE TILES MADE OF?
Yes, Our All of our tiles are 3D-printed with premium PLA, an eco-friendly and durable material that gives each set its own subtle, one-of-a-kind character.
CAN I CHOOSE MY TILE COLORS?

ARE THE TILES FULL-SIZED?
Our Mahjong on the Go sets feature a travel-friendly tile size — slightly smaller and lighter than traditional tiles, but still easy to handle and beautifully detailed.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MAHJONG ON THE THE GO TRAVEL SET?
Each set includes a sleek travel case, 4 racks, 2 dice, and 160 tiles (Craks, Bams, Dots, Jokers, Flowers, Winds, and Blanks).

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY TILES?
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth after play. Avoid harsh chemicals and store in a dry, shaded area.
WILL MY TILES FADE IN SUNLIGHT?
Our tiles are fade-resistant, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for best color longevity.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A TILE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We quality-check every order, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
