Welcome to That’s Mahj! We’re so glad you’re here. Each of our Mahjong sets and accessories is thoughtfully crafted, packed with care, and shipped from our coastal studio in Florida. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and deliver your order.
🕐 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take an extra day or two — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🌴 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please email us at info@thatsmahj.com— we’d love to help arrange a custom order.
🚚 Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order anytime through the link provided or directly from your That’s Mahj account page.
💕 Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost or delayed, reach out to info@thatsmahj.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Please note: That’s Mahj is not responsible for items marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
🎁 Preorders & Limited Editions
For limited releases or custom orders, the estimated ship date will be clearly noted on the product page.
Orders that include custom orders will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
